Shirley Ann (Cormier) Fletcher

Shirley Ann (Cormier) Fletcher, 87 of Marlborough died on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at Knollwood Nursing Center in West Boylston surrounded by her loving family.

Shirley was born in Fitchburg, MA, the daughter of the late Gilbert and Olive (LeBlanc) Cormier. She graduated from St. Bernards in Fitchburg, Class of ’53.

She was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Richard F. Fletcher in 2015.

Shirley served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve from 1954 -1957. She enjoyed working with her husband at the Golf Barn in Leominster.

Shirley is survived by her 4 children, Lynn Breau and her husband Daniel of LO, Matthew Fletcher and his wife Melisa of Templeton, Gilbert Fletcher of Littleton, Cecilia Holmes and her husband Douglas of Marlborough; 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

She was also predeceased by her 2 sisters, Theresa LaBelle and Doris Charlton.

A Private Graveside Service will be held at a later date in Evergreen Cemetery, Main St., Leominster, MA
