Marlborough – Michael R. Tuchak, 85 of Marlborough died at his home on Monday, December 20, 2020. Michael was born in Duquesne, PA, the son of the late Robert and Rose (Vucic) Tuchak.
He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1958 and then served in the U.S. Army, reaching the rank of 2nd Lieutenant. Mike was the coach of the Army the army baseball team, the Jayhawks, leading them to many victories of which he was very proud.
He was employed by New England Controls and worked as a Mechanical Engineer for many years retiring in 2000.
He enjoyed skiing, was a member of the Professional Ski Instructors of America and was an instructor at Bromley Mountain in Vermont for over 40 years.
Michael is survived by his son, Jamie Tuchak, his wife Rebecca, and 5 grandchildren, two sisters, Rosemarie Bondi and Katherine Facchiano.
