Dimitria Anguelova

Dimitria H. (Macheva) Anguelova, 89 of Marlborough, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at Beaumont Skilled Nursing Facility in Northbridge, MA.

She was born in Gotze Delchev, Bulgaria, the daughter of the late Haralampi and Ivanka Machev.

Dimitria was a resident of Marlborough for 22 years. She was educated and graduated college in Bulgaria, where she was a very successful teacher for her entire 40 year career retiring in 1988. She was known to have even taught the children of children that she had taught earlier in her career. 

She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.

Dimitria was a member of SS Anargyroi Greek Orthodox Church of Marlborough.

Dimitria is survived by her husband of 64 years, Kolyo Anguelov, her son-in-law, Ioji Stefanov, both of Marlborough, her 4 grandchildren, Dessislava Stefanova of NY, Maria Stefanova, Nikoleta Mollova, her wife Megan Mollova, Ivelin Mollov, his wife Paula Mollov, and her 2 greatgrandchildren Alexandria Mollov and Alaina Mollov, all of MA.

She was predeceased by 2 daughters, Roza Mollova in 2007 and Svetlana Stefanova in 2012.

A private burial will be held in Evergreen Cemetery, Fr. Gregory Christakos will officiate.
