Charles "Charlie" Norgoal Obituary

Charles “Charlie” J. Norgoal 80 a long-time resident of Marlborough died at his home on Monday, April 24, 2023.

Charlie was born in Maynard, MA the son of the late Arthur E. and Emily C. (Knowles) Norgoal.

He has eternally joined the love of his life, his wife Beverly R. (Kimber) Norgoal who predeceased him in 2016.

Charlie is survived by his children, James Norgoal of Westborough, Jeff Norgoal and his partner Winnie Houde of Marlborough, Brian Haskins and his wife Janis of Marlborough, Melissa Haskins-Almeida of Marlborough, Sharlene Ryan and her husband Sean of Auburn, Brandon Haskins and his wife Christine of Auburn, 14 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, his beloved sister, Linda Nieber of Maynard, 2 nieces Leonda and Lesley, a great nephew, and his best friend Roger.

He was also predeceased by a daughter Shannon Norgoal.

Charlie was a man of principle who instilled the importance of proper values to his children. He adored his grandchildren and great grandchildren whom he spoiled with attention and candy. Charlie was a Harley enthusiast and had many riding adventures with Beverly, including trips to the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in Sturgis, SD.  

No calling hours or services will be scheduled. Family intention regarding a Celebration of Life will be privately communicated.

In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to UMMF at the UMass Medicine Development Office, 333 South St. Shrewsbury, MA 01545 notating Ovarian Cancer Research in honor of his love for his late wife.
